Our goal is to help all our clients improve their physical dysfunctions, to move and function pain-free, and to achieve their best potential. We utilize the comprehensive methodology of Functional Patterns to address the root causes of pain and immobility, creating a sustainable foundation for lasting health and performance.

Our Services
FP In-Person Assessment
Functional Patterns in-person assessment at our studio in Ottawa Ontario.
Note: A 1-hour paid FP assessment is required before a session is booked.
FP In-Person Training
Functional Patterns in-person training in Ottawa Ontario.
You can book individual sessions, Session Packages or 6-Month commitment Packages.
Group Classes may also be available.
Note: A PAID 1.5 HOUR FP ASSESSMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE A SESSION IS BOOKED.
Functional Patterns Group Classes
Level 1 - Intro can only be attended after initial paid assessment.
Level 2 - Active Basics can only be attended after Level 1 or equivalent is complete.
Level 3 - Functional Dynamics can only be attended by those with a few months experience.
Meet the Team of Professionals
Linda Lamouroux
Linda owns and operates Functional Patterns Ottawa (a licensed FP Facility). She has been involved with Functional Patterns for 8+ years and has recently completed her Functional Patterns HBS4 Level Certification - the highest level to date.
In addition, Linda has done trauma based training with Anatomy Trains and courses in Pelvic work, Therapeutic Touch and Medical Intuition.
